Refine with post EQ, load your own cabinet IR, add bass harmonics and keep the final peaks under control.

Pre and post parametric EQ with dynamic bands, adjustable slopes, per-band detector choices and a live spectrum. Use the external sidechain to make space for a kick drum.

Is Undertow an amp simulator?
Its core is a bass tone engine: frequency splitting, compression, distortion, EQ and harmonics. An optional IR loader adds cabinet character when you want it.
Which computers and DAWs does it support?
The current release includes Mac Audio Unit and VST3 for macOS 11 or later, with Apple Silicon and Intel support. Use Audio Unit in Logic Pro or VST3 in compatible hosts. Windows VST3 is still in development and is not included in this release. Check your live host and latency in your own rig before a show.
How does licensing work?
Your purchase includes a license key for up to two computers. Activate in the plugin’s Help → License section. After a successful online validation, Undertow supports a 14-day offline grace period.
What should I know before installing?
The Mac installer is independently distributed and is not Apple notarized. macOS may require approval in Privacy & Security. Read the installation and instruction manual for setup details.
